Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes, I'm going tell everyone about them. I absolutely love this place! How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient Did you experience any numbness after your appointment with this chiropractor? Not at all! I felt fantastic when I left!

I wasn't stiff at all after my appointment. They are always very careful, and make sure I'm always comfortable. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away! Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Did you experience any numbness after your appointment with this chiropractor? No Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted

Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Did this chiropractor explain your treatment method before performing your adjustment? Yes Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.

I been going to Dr. Kingcaid ever since he started his practice. He is polite and caring and listens to his patients concerns. He is a great doctor and a complete gentleman!

Dr. Kingcaid is the ABSOLUTE BEST!! When I came in to his office I had excruciating pain in my hip. I could barely even walk or stand up without a high level of pain. In a relatively short amount of time, the pain subsided and I am now able to walk again. This chiropractor will be my personal chiropractor for life! While I still need to return periodically for "maintenance", I do not mind at all. Friendly office staff, professional & attentive. Dr Kingcaid was great, It's hard to find a caring & excellent dr and close to home. He does amazing work!
