Dr. Crosby is truly amazing. He has been taking care of my daughter, and her unfortunate skin condition. He has a very caring and patient bedside manner. His staff is always very helpful and sweet. Aurora is is blessed to have such an amazing team!
Dr. Crosby is an excellent doctor. He's friendly and always spent all the time I needed for questions. The staff at the front desk and the nurses were always very friendly and made me feel comfortable. I would recommend him to anyone.
No results until I took it upon myself to seek the results. I remember the mychart app. Results were posted, however, no call as promised by the Dr's office with my concerned next steps. How do I treat the recurring symptoms? Omg, I placed several calls for a returned call, no one on staff cares! The receptionist said "this is nor my issue nor my fault ". Huh? Dr. Crosby is wonderful! He was very thorough, kind and helpful, taking the time to explain what was happening with my 16 year old daughter and why, and how to help the situation. I could not have been more satisfied, my daughter and I both!
