I had a scheduled appointment which got canceled the same day because the doctor was sick. I can understand this and it's is unavoidable. However, I'm already scheduling an appointment because of a pressing issue with one eye and I've explained this to their staff. Given that I already used leave day from work to deal with my issue, I tell her that it would be impossible for me to do this again and that I would need an appointment after a certain time or Saturday.
