Sorry for the bad review but communication with the office is horrible. Kocenda is very nice and knowledgeable and like him very much, but getting in contact with anyone at the office to schedule a appt is horrible, they do not call back when leave a message it takes numerous attempts to get someone on the phone to assist with making appt or refill prescription, even the pharmacy could not get in touch with the office to get prescription refill.
Numerous call ins no return calls even by email, wait time to long up front and in patient rooms.wheelchairs should always be available many patients do not have one, staff needs to be a little more compassionate
Terrible staff. Dr is ok but always behind schedule.
The first visit is great, then comes the reality. His staff is rude, his manager/wife is rude. Why do you think they switch so many docs...you can not get a medical record, it doesnt matter if they send it, they write what ever sounds good on paper. He doesnt care about what he puts patients thru...he literally is in it for the insurance money. He told my son if the first shot doesnt take, hes a surgical canadate...did the other shots even tho my son said it didnt give him but 3 hours of relief, that was just the tordal. My ... read more
