Numerous call ins no return calls even by email, wait time to long up front and in patient rooms.wheelchairs should always be available many patients do not have one, staff needs to be a little more compassionate
Terrible staff. Dr is ok but always behind schedule.
The first visit is great, then comes the reality. His staff is rude, his manager/wife is rude. Why do you think they switch so many docs...you can not get a medical record, it doesnt matter if they send it, they write what ever sounds good on paper. He doesnt care about what he puts patients thru...he literally is in it for the insurance money. He told my son if the first shot doesnt take, hes a surgical canadate...did the other shots even tho my son said it didnt give him but 3 hours of relief, that was just the tordal. My ... read more
I would not go there hes just there for your money he gives you pills what you really don't need im seeing a new doctor and hes like what is theses pills its the wrong pills for seizures and the staff don't answer there phone unless they like you if they don't like you they will not answer the phone call and they won't call you back if you leave a message and if you want to make a appointment you gotta drive there to make one because they won't answer and that's the truth
Dr Kocenda is wonderful! Very knowledgeable, listens to my needs & has helped tremendously. Dr Perez, seen on injection days, has been amazing w/ me as well. He talks me through what him & Dr Kocenda are doing, which helps my anxiety. Office manager Yolonda & nurse Eleazar are great too. Always friendly & answer any questions I have. Highly recommend Neurology, Pain & Spine Centers of Michigan!
