I got lied to and told he was trying to get me approved for injections.And he never tried, because I never got any denial.Letters
Was good at the start and since he got rid of the front desk girl I thought it will get better to be able to talk to him but today is the 20th of April I've call 5 or 6 time talked to the new people would like Dr to call me and give me the name of they rheumatology I'm suppose to see nothing yet bet your bottom dollar I will keep calling.
Dr Kocenda is my most thorough doctors. He listens to his patients and is passionate about finding how to help their ailments to the best of his knowledge. And when he has questions about things another's opinion is way above adequate as his is, he surely looks for answers and offers refererals. I was extremely happy when I was referred to him by my doctor. She picked me a good one.
The office left me a message at 12:55, to tell me my appointment was canceled. My appointment was at 1:00. Complete jerks.
