This guy needs to be shut down, terrible medical facility doesn't care about the patient, doesn't care about getting your medical records, doesn't care if he's doing the right thing for you. This guy's is a waste of money, time, and effort. FOR YOU LOVED ONE'S SAKE STAY AWAY!

I saw Mr. Cocenda multiple times over three months, yet was never scheduled for surgery. I was only given muscle relaxers and gabapentin, with no follow-up— even when I would call and leave multiple voicemails. His office didn’t contact me again until after I left a negative Google review. His office left voicemails on May 16 and June 13, 2025, offering to schedule the procedure, but by this time I had switched to a different neurologist due to being neglected. David always cancels appointments the day of. if you don't work well with the medication he prescribed he'll just up the dose and schedule you a month out. You will never get on the surgical schedule if the staff doesn't like you even if David says he wants to see you next week. I now know next week means two months from now.
