As I begun my search for a new home in the Sioux Falls area, David was key to help me make a great decision. We spent approximately 8 weeks looking for my new home. David covered so many scenarios, some I didn't even consider. He was patient with me as I ran through my options. Did I find the perfect home, in the perfect neighborhood? i absolutely did! I am so grateful to David and his knowledge.

I could use the phrase, “Above and Beyond” but that would be an understatement. David was amazing throughout the entire process. He walked me through every step and was happy to answer ANY questions that I had. He made the process so smooth. If anyone is looking to buy or sell, David would make your process as easy as possible. Thank you, David!
