I reached out while I was in the UK for a move to Vegas. It took close to 5 months with virtual walk throughs, different time zone Zoom calls etc. We finally found a VA assumable loan. That process was long and frustrating. I could not have imagined doing it without David. He worked the issues diligently and even locked in a few contractors for issues with the home AFTER we moved in. Cradle to grave service and a full 5 star recommend!
There's no doubt Dave is the best in the real estate business! He's extremely knowledgeable of the markets and attentive to all aspects regarding the sale of my property.
