I reached out while I was in the UK for a move to Vegas. It took close to 5 months with virtual walk throughs, different time zone Zoom calls etc. We finally found a VA assumable loan. That process was long and frustrating. I could not have imagined doing it without David. He worked the issues diligently and even locked in a few contractors for issues with the home AFTER we moved in. Cradle to grave service and a full 5 star recommend!

This was my 4th purchase and David was, by far, the best agent I have worked with. I was an out-of-state buyer and had to rely on a local agent for many things and I was not disappointed. He knows the different areas of Las Vegas well and was able to answer all the questions I had. Selling a house with David has been a real pleasure! He walks you through the process every step of the way and makes helpful suggestions to increase the chance of selling for the most money. He was able to get the maximum amount of money for my house. The amount that it sold for is what it was appraised, so we couldn't go any higher.
