I have been going to Dr Karbach’s office since about 2004 and even though I have moved in and out of San Antonio several times I still came back to have my exams and work done with Dr Karbach. I admire and appreciate him, Tish the office manager/receptionist/dental assistant/whatever needs to be done woman on the spot and the different dental hygienist they have had over the years have all been exemplary. I whole heartedly recommend this practice.

Very high standard of dental care. I needed two crowns. Compared to experiences with other dentists, Dr. Karbach is detail oriented and will go to any effort to ensure a perfect fit (his own temporary crowns were as good a fit as the permanent crowns from the laboratory). Dr. Karbach’s conscientiousness is reflected in every area of his practice. He runs on time and is efficient but thorough.
