I was asked if I could come in earlier than my scheduled 1 p.m. appointment. The "earlier" was 7:20 a.m. Even though it was early, all staff was there and ready to work. As a matter of fact, Dr. Karbach was already working on another patient. My dental cleaning was fast and efficient; finished by 8:20.

Dr. Karbach and his staff will take great care of you. They take their time with you and are very thorough. They will answer all your questions and make sure you understand everything that was done or will be done during your visit. I highly recommend him for all your dental needs.

I arrived early, was graciously greeted, and taken into an exam room ahead of my designated appointment time. Hygienist was friendly and thorough. All equipment was packaged or covered. Dr. was prompt, thorough, and showed interest in my teeth and me personally.
