Dr David Palmer is a very good ENT doctor. There is a big gal who is parked at the front desk. She has a very big voice and is way too loud. She will shout across the waiting room at patients to have a conversation. She is very annoying and unprofessional. She is either talking way too loud or eating at her desk.
One of the kindest medical teams I've ever worked with. Unparalleled customer service and quality of care. Would (and do) regularly recommend these providers to anyone.
I really like Dr. Palmer and McKie Delahunte. They were very awesome with my surgery and my post care. Would recommend these two to all my family and friends. But Nancy Stevenson on the other hand, I would not recommend her for care. She is not a pleasant person to talk with about concerns. She was treating me like a child. I felt she was very angry with me. Very thorough and made good recommendations on how to proceed. He was reassuring and optimistic in his communication.
Dr. Palmer is very kind and caring. Was able to get in and have my problems addressed in a very timely manner. The nurses in the office are super friendly and helpful.
