Excellent
Entirely ignored by 4 floor staff in the women’s lingerie section. One woman called “Jj”? Came right up next to me and started moving a shelf I was next to without even acknowledging me. Felt like a weird pretty woman moment to be honest. Experience was saved by the staff who served me at the counter named “nene” who was lovely.
Babara, promoter from Elle Bache and serving me for Lancome, was so awesome and very helpful. She also gave me good skin advise. Thank you so much Barbara for being so nice. Love Kalah
Debbie at Booragoon store on 16/9/26 went above and beyond to assist with a click and collect order for a bag we needed for travel. Because of her care and thoughtfulness she made our shopping experience positive. Debbie showed outstanding customer service- thank you.
Had a great experience dealing with a lady called Aman, was so helpful and friendly and great at suit selection and trying to get the best for her customer, high praise and would highly recommend her to anyone, thank you Aman.
