Were you provided with payment plan and fee information before your dental treatment was scheduled? Not really, they gave me a little information beforehand but not very much Was the dental equipment clean? Absolutely! It looked brand new Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? No, they needed to make more of an effort to stock them

Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Did this dentist offer you anesthetic when appropriate? Yes, they offered me anesthetic when appropriate Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important!

It was very noticeable that they practiced good oral hygiene themselves. If it wasn't obvious I probably would've doubted that they were any good, but I could tell right away. I know that I can trust their motives, and they're not just looking to make money off me. I never have to worry about them pressuring me to get dental procedures I don't need. Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Would you recommend this provider to others? I Already Have Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this provider's office? Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep

Did this dentist practice good oral hygiene? Definitely! They had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen! Do this dentist have a good professional reputation among other dentists? Yes, they are recommended by other dentists Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Yes, they've stayed open late when I've needed help

They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Have the fillings, crowns, or veneers you've received lasted? Definitely! They lasted even longer than they were supposed to Did this dentist offer you anesthetic when appropriate? Definitely! They paused every few minutes to make sure I was comfortable
