This is a revised review. The dentist I have used for many years was excellent but getting too pricey so I looked for a qualified and lower cost option. I was referred to to Dr. Rossen by neighbors and checked him online. All good. I went in for two crowns and a cleaning, found the staff and the doctor to be extremely nice. When finished with the work I found the cleaning was done well but both crowns were far from what I had come to expect. I filed a complaint with the Texas Dental Board. They ruled in my favor and Doctor Rossen never reimbursed me. I was charge for a buildup for 2 crowns that he done. The crowns kept falling off and had to be redone. They fined him and ordered him to take some courses. He also did a bridge for me that I hate. Having to pay to get everything redone. He is a liar, cheat and out to get money for work not performed. He has to answer to GOD.
