Im almost 60, have been putting off a colonoscopy for years due to the nature of the procedure. I was forced to have one due to being a candidate as a living kidney donor. The entire staff from the front desk staff, nursing, especially Dr Pompa, were so easy going and friendly, at the same time very professional. Made this whole procedure, which could have been awkward, comfortable. Would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Pompa and his top notch staff!
I recently had an appointment with Dr. Pompa. He was performing my Colonoscopy and Endoscopy. Prior to performing these procedures, he came to speak with me. He immediately started the conversation saying it was all related to my weight and it was causing my severe acid reflux and burning in mouth and throat. He then proceeded to comment on my anxiety medication and how a lot of my symptoms were "General Anxiety". I have only been on anxiety medications for the last two years and I am 55. My 21yo autistic and nonverbal son sees Robin Miller NP at this practice - I called yesterday evening to leave a message for her as he was having terrible abdominal cramps. The call center said they were trying to reach the office but couldn’t find anyone so they said they’ll page the doct on call - Dr Pompa - I didn’t ask for him to be paged - he called and showed extreme irritation that he had been paged and this wasn’t an emergency - what he said was unprofessional - he said he would have to look at my son’s profile and h... read more
