Had Reverse Shoulder Replacement Surgery 10 weeks ago... AWESOME!!!
I regret bringing my son to Dr Pochatko as he performed surgery on my son and crippled him further. He appeared to be kind, knowledgable, and concerned prior to the surgery but became condescending and arrogant when I asked that he sit down and answer my questions. The surgery was not explained fully nor was the extent of the recovery. His staff are even ruder. They refuse to answer the phone and you will spend much of your time leaving messages and waiting for callbacks.
I LOVE Dr Gambacorta, his PA & staff! He performed my rotator cuff repair 6/29/18. He and every person I’ve encountered in both his Union and Transit Rd offices are without fail pleasant & kind. Medical concerns and procedures are thoroughly explained & I am Always greeted with genuine friendliness & compassion by the doctor & everyone else. Should I require further ortho treatment, I won’t go anywhere else. I previously saw Dr Lombardo there and was equally impressed. They both are wonderful!
Dr. Gambacorta is an excellent surgeon. I have the advantage of seeing him operate on patients in the OR. He is skillful and talented. I have confidence in his ability. I've recently found that I'm in need of an ortho doctor. I've chosen him as my provider.
Dr Callahan serves as what a dr. Should be an example to all Dr.s His assistant Tiffany who I seen regularly is such an amazing wonderful person/ PA She made my experience so easy and gives a feeling of comfort. i can’ t say enough about Tiffany Card
If there is one thing my family has been overexposed to in recent years it’s medicine and Doctors. And I would be remiss if I didn’t take a minute to recognize the excellence of Dr. Reed. His personality and demeanor are perfectly suited for what he does and I’m glad that my daughter is in his hands. Western New York needs more like him. Thank you so much.
I was having constant pain in my hand and wrist. Dr Reed has been treating me for 3 months and I now have most of my day pain free. I have had no surgery at this time and it looks like I will not need to go that route.
I can say but positive about Dr Reed. He is a great doc with great communication skills and answers all questions thoroughly. Very comfortable. Having a great outcome with my shoulder replacement definitely recommend him to anyone considering this surgery. R
Worst medical experience ever!! Had previous surgery with another Dr. Dr. Pochatko made decisions without any post surgery information/testing. Told me he couldn't help me, which was fine, but proceeded to tell me that the relief I had following the surgery was "in my head" because I must have had pain, but my mind was telling me I didn't ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? Spoke to me as if I were a small child; unable to understand a thing. Waited for the pat on the head and to be told to be a good girl.
