I had a 9:15 appoint today for a stress test, took of work & prepared myself for this appointment. On my way there I called office & asked if they can give me directions, with that this nasty person 'says I should know were I'm going' I said I dont! She asks me were I'm at I told her the light at the hospital, she Firmly says' WHAT LIGHT SIR!! NASTY & ARROGANTLY! I was so disgusted by the way this woman was talking to me I just hung up & went home! I guess this is what customer service is about in America now! No One Cares! ... read more
