Staff very unprofessional. Was told my child didn’t need to be with me to go over X-rays and then I get there and they tell me they won’t see me without her then proceed to yell at me to reschedule. Will not step foot back in that office !
Great experience, Friendly Staff. Dr Malis is great at what he does and a very caring guy.
10/10 experience dr malis have great energy. He explained everything thoroughly and I felt heard. Would definitely recommend to a friend.
Dr malis didn’t hear us, continued to tell us nothing is wrong with our daughter ear after voicing our concerns. He completed disregarded our concerns as first time parents and asked why we are here. Well today we went for an audio test with Nemours and my baby does in fact have something going on affecting her hearing. She will have her ENT follow up appt with Nemours in two weeks. I wouldn’t recommend Dr Malis after this experience, especially to first time parents. We deserved to be heard. I wanted to leave a good review ... read more
