The team is consistently warm, welcoming, and professional. I had my braces removed today, and my entire journey with Dr. Jo has been exceptionally smooth. I highly recommend Dr. Joe for anyone seeking orthodontic treatment. I came across Dr. Joe after my previous orthodontist unfortunately experienced health issues and passed away. During that time, I also discovered that my previous orthodontist was not a specialist in braces, and instead of helping me, he made my situation worse. I'm not speaking ill of him, but it was definitely an unfortunate event, and I wish I had done better research before starting treatment with him.
