Excellent surgeon. He put me at ease with his professional manner and he made my tooth extraction a positive experience. His staff (especially Crystal) were fantastic.
Dr. Gingrass did a good job extracting my wisdom tooth. But the staff working there is not considerate and friendly. I ended up paying most of the cost by myself even if I have a dental insurance. The way that they manage their billing makes insurance company unable to cover the cost. Disappointing.
I was in the office in January 2012 for tooth extraction. The services that they provided are fine. I just complain about their billing. First of all, it turned out that they are not in my insurance network. But nobody told me so. Second, they charged me extra for Inf Control/Sterile supplies that my insurance can not cover. Again nobody discussed this with me. It is hard for me to get it why it is not part of the tooth extraction service.
He failed twice on a basic zigomatic arch fracture. The second surgery left me with a baseball sized hemotoba caused by the doc digging in my face for 3 hours! I was severely swollen. After the surgery he blamed his failure to repair the injury on me! Claiming this had to be an old injury. 2 nights later I woke up out of my sleep spewing a mouthful of blood! He showed little sympathy, then I received a $25,000 bill! So I now have a broken bone in my face, giant scar next to my eye, and a $25k bill.
I had a zigamatic arch fracture, he told me it had to be fixed. He tried twice and failed. I also had a softball sized hemotoba caused by him digging in my face for two and a half hours. Now I have a 1 1-2 in scar on my face and a broken bone. I also have 25 K in medical bills. He then accused me of trying to take out my own stitches, and told me this was an old injury,...yeah right
Dr Gingrass was excellant he is an oral surgeon so the above scores show that. He talked me through the proceedures and I would recommend him Glenna Antrim
