Dr. Feldman is an extremely nice person surrounded by a very friendly, helpful, smiling staff from nurse to receptionist. I have seen multiple orthopedic surgeons in my area and he is by far my favorite. Seems to genuinely care for his patients and will do all necessary to achieve full recovery. Injurys can hurt you physically and mentally, and being treated by a group of people so kind and helpful really helps ease the mind and can turn negative thoughts positive which is the first step on the road to recovery.
My original phone calls and appointments were good. I needed shots in the knee and was advised to use the one that was covered by our insurance (according to them). This happened to also be the only one that needed to be administered 4 times. I had to pay for each visit, and was then charged for the medication as it was NOT covered by insurance. It was impossible reaching someone by phone to question this and no one returned my calls Consequently I will not be returning to this office.
Overloaded and cannot support existing patients effectively. Had to go seek another doctor and start the "new" patient process all over. Disappointed.
