I had a very expensive porcelain crown put in and within one month the crown was chipping and I asked Dr Doucet to replace it under warranty and he refused.his receptionist told me good luck and I hope you find somebody else so you can pay to redo the crown and thank you that's what she said
I haven't been to the dentist in a while so I had a lot of fillings to get done. I also had to get a root canal done. I went in 4 times and every time things went great. There was no pain, even though I had to get some shots to numb the areas he was working on. Kim helped me with my insurance and explained everything to me so I easily understood the cost. We love Dr. Dowsett and his entire office. He is kind, thorough and always is available to you. He never rushes people and he CARES. Gentle and GREAT with our kids too!
My wife and I have benefited from Dr. Dowsett's care for at least fifteen years. His oral hygenists are top rate.

If been going to this practice my entire life. Roxy, the receptionist has been there since I was a little girl. Dr. Dowsett was personally selected to take over the practice from Dr. Muck, the previous dentist, several years ago. Great staff, Dr. Dowsett is great, and every one makes you feel at ease. Great group of people. Highly recommend them. I've never felt the need to go anywhere else.
Dr Dowsett, has filled cavaties, and given me a crown. I am terribly afraid of having dental work done and Dr. Dowsett was very gentle and cared very much that I was comfortable and pain free. I would not hesitate to have him do more work if needed. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. They work with you on insurance, and try hard to schedule you at a time that works for you. I would recommend this office to anyone because I and my children are treated as people, not just another client to make money off of.
I would appreciate if Dr. Dowsett would communicate more regarding the results of my treatment or exam.
The office and exam rooms are clean and pleasant, and the office staff is friendly and concerned. I love Dr. Dowsett's gentle approach, and genuine concern for his patients.
