I always feel the doctor and nurse practitioner care about me and my health. That is very important to me.
From the receptionists all the way up to Dr. Kaufman - everyone was caring, compassionate, friendly, very knowledgeable and efficient. I felt that they took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. I was never rushed. Dr. Kaufman took more time with our visit than any doctor that I have ever had. You might have a long wait sometimes but it's only because you are never rushed. I would recommend Dr. K and his staff to everyone.
Dr. Kaufman and Marisa Rizzi NP are wonderful. Great bedside manner and very informative. Worth the waiting time.
As always my experience with Marisa was relaxed and positive. She provides a knowledgeable presence and encourages good health practices emotionally as well as physically. I would highly recommend Marisa and this office in general to anyone who asks.
