I did cold perm and dyeing of hair roots here. The dyeing is probably fine but the cold perm is horrible! I asked for digital perm and showed photos of the style of korean type waves that i wanted. Halfway through I realised it was not digital perm and that it was a cold perm. I said I wanted a digital perm but they didn't offer it at the salon.
