Stinks I'm not sure if other reviews have this company mistaken with another but this company stinks. I can't say one thing good about the experience. Wish I would have never stepped foot in the store.

Horrible Service - Keep Looking I would not suggest using this merchant. The service is horrible. I decided to have engagement band made based on reviews in here. WORST DECISION I could have made. They gave us a good price but did not let us know that cheap materials and workmanship would be used. They agreed to fix but never completed. There are many other Jewelry makers in the area to risk the horrible service I've received during this important time. I'm upset that I even have to give one star.

What are you thinking about??? Keep looking for a jeweler. Service was horrendous. They can't remember what they tell you on the phone. DO NOT CONSIDER USING.

I have had many custom pieces made by Ira Helfer and family! My wedding rings are just fabulous. They can custom design anything you would like to perfection!! They are the best in the Pittburgh area. You will never be dissapointed. They are very professional and courteous!

This family business has been in the Clark building for generations. They are friendly, fast and best of all great at making jewelry. They don't have a show room like many businesses in the Clark Building, but they will make whatever it is that you want. Their work is the best and they are reasonably priced. Check them out before going to the jewelry stores in the malls!!
