Dr. Astrachan has truly given me my life back. After meeting with Dr. A who was recommended after I had a procedure from a different doctor which worsened my symptoms. I traveled 90+ miles just to meet with him. He had a quick temporary fix then a surgical fix. Not only is he knowledgable but he is an unbelievable human. TERRIBLE customer service, definitely do not put their patients first. It is 2020 and they do not offer interpreter services... I work in the medical field and it is not difficult to call an interpreter line.
I can’t say enough how brilliant Dr. Astrachan is. I suffered for months with throat and neck pain, and he was educated enough to find and diagnose my symptoms despite me having a rare disease called Eagle’s syndrome. Most doctors overlook this, but he’s amazing and actually knew about it. I’ll forever be grateful for him.
Came in a while ago for an earwax cleaning on both ears and the doctor was rough on both ears, especially with the ear vacuum. My ears started to ring harshly after and hasn't stopped since then..hard to say that it ????????'?? from that day.
Dr. Astrachan performed Septoplasty on me just over 3 weeks ago. Going into it I was extremely nervous. 3 Weeks later here I am with my new nose and I can breathe like never before. I was never in pain during the recovery. I would recommend Dr. Astrachan to all my friends and family who have deviated septum or need an ENT. Top notch man, top notch doctor, thank you for all you have done for me.
I had to see Dr. Astrachan for issues I've been having with my ears he has the worst bed side manner I've ever experienced! I had to bring my children with me and clearly he was annoyed! He very firmly pointed his finger in my sons face telling him he needed to be quiet and said "got it"! Then clearly was agitated by my questions and rudely answered by saying "you don't freakin need that" ?? He was not helpful at all!!! I will never return nor do I recommend him to anyone!!!
Dr. Astrachan did soft palate surgery and repaired a deviated septum on my (then) husband years ago and we were both impressed. Recently I've seen him myself and I have to say he's still great! Explains things, easy to talk to, office staff is very friendly and professional, too. No problem recommending this doc to my family and friends!
Dr. Astrachan is simply the BEST! He eliminated my snoring by repairing my deviated septum. He is personable,professional, and has a very loyal following among his patients. His sense of humor adds to his legend! He deserves ten stars!
