I had a consultation with Dr.Holck in Victoria ,TX today and I am very satisfied ! I decided to book with him after reading all of these great reviews and now I understand why . There was a bit of a wait but I was told ahead of time to expect it and the visit was well worth it ! The surgery scheduler was very professional and nice ! and even the check out staff I saw the previous post about the copay complaint and being rushed and I must say I beg to differ with the way the staff is described !
Met with Dr. Holck in a regional office in Pleasanton, TX. Not a great experience. The first thing the staff wanted was my credit card so they could charge me $110, for appointments as "testing." I did get in promptly, however, I was out in less than 7 minutes! The "testing" consisted of taking digital pictures and looking in my eyes. Dr. Holch was very professional, but the staff was not. Not given option to book covered surgery. No asking for pre-authorization. Rushed out door.
Dr Holck came highly recommended and now I know why. He is extremely knowledgable, professional, and very personable! I wasn't sure what to expect but he explained the procedure to me in words that i could understand. I couldn't be happier with my results. I will use him again in the future and now I can highly recommend him to my friends and family!
