Good outcome, but very poor follow-up office experience... surgical procedure to open a blocked tear duct (dacryocystorhinostomy) was successful and I was entitled to three (3) follow-up visits. NO WHERE in the paperwork did it state all FUVs must be completed within three (3) months or additional consult fees would be required. When I showed up 3.5 months after surgery for final FUV, I was told the charge would be $125 - it was simply written on the paper when I signed in.
