I was on HEAVY Medications when I started seeing Dr Hirsch and now off 95% of medication and do the Radio Frequency about every year and a half for back pain and now I feel like I have my life back, this office saved me so much!

Dr. Hirsch greeted me warmly and listened to my concerns. He then sent a prescription to Medic Pharmacy. When I arrived at Medic they informed me they were out of the med and had no idea when they would be restocked. I called the office and was told to call around town to see if any Pharmacy had any. They didn't. Centerwell Pharmacy did and said they could fill it. I called the office and told them, however through a misunderstanding of words they didn't handle it. Let me preface this review by stating that I have no issue at all with Dr. Hirsch himself or his medical staff. They are amazing. It is his administrative staff that I have the problem with. They are unhelpful, unprofessional, and incapable of running a clinic properly. I am going to patient advocacy tomorrow, even though they did not answer their phone today. Do not go to this clinic unless you are on death’s door, and hope and pray they actually get you in on time.
