Dr Hipp was his usual professional congenial self. He answered all our questions and took care of the hip pain issues with a steroid injection. The nurse, on the other hand, used the obese blood pressure cuff and got a very high and incorrect blood pressure. When she went to retake it, she needed to be corrected to use the correct size cuff and got an accurate blood pressure. Staff need to be trained to use the correct size cuff for the patient. This could be dangerous for the wrong patient.
Love Dr Hipp, he is always on time and always prepared. He has been wonderful on making referrals and always handles the prescriptions.
Thank you Dr. Hipp for taking such good care of men and fur your patience with all of my questions. I feel I'm in good hands.
