Dr Hennessy was excellent. Listened to my concerns, explained my test results, answered my questions, and provided a clear description of my options in along with his recommendations—all with patient-friendly language. He was clearly knowledgeable and experienced and attuned to my needs. However, the male CNA was less professional. He didn’t make eye contact or introduce himself.
