He’s a great doctor. He listens sit there doesn’t rush you out. We go back-and-forth about what would be the good treatment at the time. Doesn’t rush you out would highly recommend.
Dr Hei is a very concerned about his patients. Takes time to listen to all concerns.

He is the best. Explains everything to you. Takes his time, doesnt rush. Easy to talk to. I cannot say enough good things about him. Wish all drs were like him.
This is a hard review to write, but absolutely necessary. We seem to have hit every roadblock in getting care, since my partner was diagnosed with cancer. And it's bad. Most days I don't think he's going to make it, were I honest. The one person that's come through, every time, in every situation, is Dr Hei and his staff. The amount of compassion, patience, knowledge and will in the face of a terrible diagnosis, has been nothing but astounding. He has never said this is hopeless, despite how it feels most days.
