Dave was incredibly helpful in both buying and later selling our home. He sold our home incredibly quickly and made the whole process as easy as possible. Beyond that, he’s just a friendly guy who is great to work with.
Dave was great - we’ve used him twice, first when we bought our townhouse and then 4 years layer when we sold it. He is a great communicator, realistic in pricing and a good negotiator. You won’t go wrong with him.
Dave was *exceptional* with both buying and selling our house. He went above and beyond working with us as out of staters relocating and then again once we were ready to sell. We had some of those hope-they-never-happen-to-us events on both ends, and he made it feel like smooth sailing. Can't recommend him enough.
This is my second experience working with David and would choose him for a third! David is knowledgeable and supportive and facilitated a smooth process even during a hectic holiday season!
