Was there to work through a very stressful situation ...left feeling more stressed and unheard. Billing is exceptionally unorganized...getting a bill 2 years later for what was covered under Employee Assiatance Program.

First time I am finally able to get ahold of a phychologist that takes my insurance over a month of calling around contacted providers non stop, also contacted insurance carriers. Explained how we are newly diagnosed with bipolar disorder my son and I we are currently seeing a doctor for medication we need help with the other part trying to understand it and learn how to manage it things I can’t learn from google search and books.
