Very disappointed that I didn’t see the doctor I was scheduled to see. I certainly didn’t expect to see a female practitioner. I took off work for the visit & nothing was accomplished. Literally scheduled 2 more visits. One for labs & then supposedly a doctor follow up! I’ve never been to a doctor where they schedule an appointment 5-6 weeks later for just blood work! Not sure if this is a normal Practice for this group or not! It’s certainly not normal with my pcp or my Cleveland clinic doctors!
I was disappointed. They didn’t do anything to check his prostrate. They said they will do labs in January to check his numbers. I expected that to be done at our visit not wait till January. So we still don’t know what is going on except his prostrate is enlarged. It was our first visit to see Dr. Rosenbaum & I expected to at least see & meet the doctor. Everyone there was very nice to us though
Prompt, Courteous, Professional, and Extremely Thorough. Answered all my questions and was never rushed. Explained everything in understandable language.
