After having a root canal botched by another endodontist and a resultant trip to the ER due to extreme pain, I was referred to Dr. Pfotenhauer. He immediately recognized the improperly performed procedure and said, You have endured pain needlessly and I will end it. He was caring, empathetic and gentle. He completed the previously botched root canal, killed the infection by prescribing antibiotics and restored me dental health. A brilliant healthcare professional.
