Warning to all parents ! Dr. David Gutglass is unprofessional and he does not wash his hands and does not wear gloves when he examined my baby! This happens in the Rady Children’s Hospital Emergency Room!!!! Stay away! He also wasn’t properly dressed and did not wear white Doctor coat!!! He’s simply wore a sweater and a khaki! Stay away!
