Easy parking. Short wait. Staff was friendly and helpful. Dr. Gross addressed all of my concerns. I did not feel rushed.
I Presented a few minutes early for a confirmed new patient appointment. Not one person responded or welcomed me. Other patients presented following my arrival and were immediately welcomed. Within moments they were escorted to the doctor's exam area. After being ignored for almost thirty minutes I respectfully advised an assistant of my long waiting time while they had taken later arrivals having appointments later than mine. The assistant's defence was she was new. I replied that was not acceptable behavior and left.
I visit Dr Gross every six months for a full body exam. He is knowledgeable and thorough. Each visit is a reasonable price. I would recommend him to anyone.
Dr. Gross has been my dermatologist for more than 10 years and I know he is the very best. He found a rare form of melanoma (desmoplastic) on my arm and arranged for its surgical removal at the Moffett Cancer Center. I'm not sure it would have been found by my previous dermatologists who worked as a "chop shop" - sort of like a medieval barber shop with lots of customers and endless billing. The staff employed by Dr. Gross is great! I also enjoy talking with him - wonderful sense of humor!
Office staff , appointments , billing , records , very polite and courteous. Dr Gross experienced Dermatologist informative on procedure being performed for skin cancer and other skin problems , has successfully helped me on numerous visits . I enjoy conversations with him after procedure . I highly recommend Dr David Gross and staff.
I came in for a different problem, but Dr. Gross found a dark patch that looked suspicious and took a biopsy and sure enough it was a level 2 melanoma. Thanks to him, we caught it in time. That was 5 years ago. If he had not found it, I might not be around. I go there now every six months and he is very careful to check anything that might cause trouble. I can not recommend him more and yes, he is quite a character.
Dr. Gross perhaps saved my life. I had a patch of dark skin and I had a different problem that he was taking care of. He noticed it, asked me some questions and took a biopsy. Turns out it was a melanoma stage 2. I would not have thought about it if I had not gone to him. An operation took it out and that was 5 years ago. I go to him every half year and he gives a thorough check with occasional freezes and biopsies. I could not recommend him more highly.
I have been seeing Dr gross for 15 years, he is an knowledgeable physician performs a through examination while providing interesting and amusing dialogue
