Not friendly at all! Gave him two tries just in case he was having a bad day my first visit. Nope! He was worse during my second visit. Your just a number to him.
Dr Grice is wonderful! My son had a spot on his arm that needed to be removed. Dr Grice explained the procedure to my son step-by-step and verified benefits before the procedure was done. He told me the cost before setting up and asked if we wanted to do the procedure today or if we wanted to schedule for a different day. (Payment is due at time of service, so it was nice to be asked before starting instead of finding out after it was done. ) He and his assistant are kind, caring and patient.
Details06/07/2017 I am very satisfied with Dr. Grice. I must say I read all the reviews before my appointment and was a little worried because they were all so negative but I met with him for a severe flare up to my psoriatic arthritis and he was very thorough and compassionate. He listened to everything I had to say then gave me his input. He was very helpful and I am glad I chose him as my dermatologist.
Competent doctor but poor bedside manner. Did not show empathy with my self or my daughter. Will not return.
My experience in his office was not good. The medication he prescribed was over $400 & did absolutely nothing. I do have insurance thank goodness. His manner was unbelievably rude. He could have cared less. Extremely unprofessional. This was after numerous visits. I can not believe he is still in business. His intern at the time was wonderful & solved the problem immediately after finally getting to see him. Office staff was very unwelcoming. How hard is it to be kind to people?

should have known better...not to go back! I went 3 yrs ago the doctor seemed ok, even then I was iffy about his attitude. Today I went back because I was desperate and he was a total jerk. If I can pick 0 star, I would. I felt like he was belittled me on how I wash my hair with medicated shampoo. He was rude. He didn't even check my scalp to confirm what I diagnosed is correct or if there were any other issues. I saw him 5mins out of the 45 minutes I was there. Terrible!
This doctor is extremely unprofessional and talked down to myself and my child. He belittled us to the max! You are supposed to be able to ask questions to the professional concerning the matter in which you made the appointment. Every question we asked, he acted like we were ignorant and talked down to us. I WILL NOT RECOMMENDED HIM TO ANYONE PERIOD! Very unethical and discriminating!
Absolutely horrible experience. Dr. Grice was very impatient, short, and rude with my daughter and really didn't seem to care about getting to root cause. I went back to our primary care physician and told her to never refer a patient to him again.
