Even though I was the last patient of the night, Dr Grellmann was thorough, personable, and took his time. He asked questions, and answered mine clearly. He made a referral that was processed the next day. I appreciate that urgent care was available when I needed it.

Checked in on-line ahead of time and got in with essentially no wait to get in to the room. The only negative was the long wait for the doctor after the initial review by the nurse . . . and then what felt like a long wait for X-Ray. But I can't complain too much since they were about the only urgent care open that time on a Sunday evening. Very friendly and professional staff throughout the process.
