Been renting for 5 years and absolutely love the staff. Home was very nice when I moved in. Maybe had 3 issues over 5 years with the home and they were all handled very fast.
Unfortunately an agent for this company runs Kismat property management and leases out townhomes around Augusta. This agent and his wife made a threatening attempt to demand money at the end of a lease that was not due

These people removed Pest Control out my lease 2023 but other tenants got it in there’s still though. They’ve moved these nasty people in next to me that’s now infesting my side of the duplex with roaches and forcing me to be responsible for their dirty, nasty ass tenants! This is complete bullcrap! They’ve moved these not addressing the issue with them neighbors & forcing them to pay for pest control nor are they offering to help cover the cost in incurring due to these nasty ass people!
