I was up sold a package and was told if I did not use it within the year, it should not be a problem as long as it was close because my house was recently completely rebuilt. When I called to use it, I was greeted with an incredibly rude receptionist who gave me a lot of attitude when I called just trying to be nice to schedule an appointment.
