I was up sold a package and was told if I did not use it within the year, it should not be a problem as long as it was close because my house was recently completely rebuilt. When I called to use it, I was greeted with an incredibly rude receptionist who gave me a lot of attitude when I called just trying to be nice to schedule an appointment. Called to get some basic information and the receptionist couldn’t have been less professional. Short, rude, and acted like I was bothering her just by calling. If this is their first impression, I definitely don’t want to see the rest. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
