Called to get some basic information and the receptionist couldn’t have been less professional. Short, rude, and acted like I was bothering her just by calling. If this is their first impression, I definitely don’t want to see the rest. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
James took his time despite the late hour to assure our problem was completely resolved. We’re grateful he cleaned, repaired and got our A/C system up and running beautifully again. Thank you James!
