This was the worst experience I have ever had with a physician. His receptionist was so unprofessional in booking the appointment and once I showed up for my appointment, 10 minutes early, I had to wait 45 minutes past my appointment time to actually see the doctor. Meanwhile, in the waiting room, the receptionist was making calls about other patients and reciting their personal information over the phone so that I could clearly hear everything! I should have left, but I stuck it out. Bad move.
