Thoughtful and kind people. As a homeowner I wasn't getting needed guidance from my plumber and contractor. Navien and David Gooding were incredibly helpful in helping me refine my heating/cooling calculations and figuring out the right boiler for my needs. They also provided thoughtful advice on how to upgrade other areas of the system. I highly recommend them.
