I visited Dr. Garza for the first time in early July and was told I’d get a call the same day with my results. That call never came. I followed up multiple times over the next several weeks, trying to be patient. Last week I was told the doctor was out of town but that my case would be treated as “high priority” and I’d get a call on Monday. I have been trying to get the referral since last 10 days. Tried calling his nurse several times, shared my info with call coordinator still no response. I am having pain in my shoulder and can't see orthopedic doctor without his referral. So frustrating.
Very professional and knowledgeable MD internist specialist, treating his patients in a very compressive way, highly recommended
