Getting an appointment was easy, check in, also easy and his nurse was compassionate, personable and patient. Dr Gaitonde took time to listen, had looked over my chart thoroughly before meeting me, listened and responded to questions respectfully. I did not feel rushed, and was treated respectfully. I appreciate a physician that can have a conversation versus someone who just shows up to give orders. This was the case with Dr. Gaitonde, and it is such a gift! Thank you.
