Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Absolutely, the customer is always right here

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. Dr. Wade is respected by his staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They've never used foul language. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. While waiting to see the podiatrist I noticed how comfortable they have made their waiting room area. Dr. Wade recently performed foot surgery on three toes for my mother who is 76 years old. She is currently in her 5th week of recovery. Amazingly, she has experienced little or no pain throughout the entire process. Her recovery has been remarkable. I have been with her during all of her office visits and Dr. Wade and his entire staff are polite and attentive to her needs. I've used Dr Wade for 3 different procedures. He has a sense of humor needed to work with feet. He takes interest in my family too. He remembers my other medical history beyond my feet. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. Their prices were very fair. Did this provider have reasonable prices? They were decent, but not very affordable Did this provider show attention to detail? Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? No, they take every concern of mine seriously Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes.

I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance.
