The previous review is right - the receptionist is one of the friendliest women I have ever met. I went to their office as a poor terrified college student in 2006 (my previous dentist ended up giving me an absessed tooth when he was supposed to just fill a cavity). They figured out a payment plan, talked openly with me about my options at every turn, we figured out how I could communicate I was feeling pain even if they were in my mouth. My husband and I literally saved many thousands of dollars by seeing Doctor Lee. We saw a dentist in Colorado just before moving back to Provo this past summer. The Colorado dentist automatically prescribed the most expensive and drastic options to treat our dental problems, and did not tell us we had other options.
