Dr. Frantz is one of the most incredible, approachable, knowledge Physician I know. Communicating and understanding him is easy and besides he so very kind.
He spends time listening, more so than any other doctor with whom I have visited, and is great with explanations. Plus, he has a handout and a wall clock showing the types of stools.
I went in with my son yesterday (8/23/16) for stomach pain that has been causing him problems for over 4 months. The nurses were kind. Once Dr Frantz came into the room he began telling my son not to take certain meds, meds he doesn't even take. After $800 the Dr still wouldn't say what was wrong. And when my son got upset when the Dr falsely accused him of regularly taking pain meds Frantz just walked out without finishing. Overall, Frantz treated my son as nothing more than a dollar sign!
Dr. Frantz listens carefully to his patients and he is genuinely concerned about helping them get better. He wants to make sure the visits are well worth the patients' time.
He was concerned and showed an interest in knowing how I felt Took the time to hear details about my husbands death just a month prior to my procedure. Comforted me
