Don't waste your time! Go to illume practice and ask for Doctor Williams! I saw doc Frankfurter once in a year. He gave me a plan then the whole rest of the year I was thrown to the wolf's and the nurses did everything and I would get a different answer from every nurse. The doctor never would follow up with me even when I sent him a message only the nurses would reply. I did 3 rounds of iui and never once did the doctor follow up with me personally by phone or apt. Save your money! I met the doctor once he wrote a plan gor me. I send messages to him through my chart and its always a nurse that answers. In a year and 3 rounds of iui he personally has never called me back, reached out to see how I was doing or even seen me when I do have an apt in his office. This doctor should not be in practice as he clearly does not care about his patients. He makes too much money for literally just writing a plan and then then rest the nurses do he can't even pick up the phone a call hus own patients... read more

When another IVF doctor told me I couldn't get pregnant with my own eggs, I turned to Dr.Frankfurter. I now have a perfectly healthy, walking one year old. My only regret is he was not the first call I made. I would not have my baby girl without him and his staff.

Dr. Frankfurter is amazingly thorough in his approach with a great bedside manner. The clinic is well run and the staff makes you feel like family.
