I recently discovered that Dr. Fellars and his family (including Mother) have donated $$ to defeat Prop 8 in California. They are active Mormons and promote hate and divisiveness with their donations. Anyone interested in equal rights for ALL (not for some) should find another dentist.
No Customer Service Skills Horrible customer service. I did a consultation and will never go back. Made my wife and I feel very uncomfortable. The experience was as if they had more patients than the needed.
After my examination, I was taken to a 'consultant' that told me I needed a porcelain crown on a back molar. I had read that this was inappropriate because of grinding pressure and knew of one person that had problems with a porcelain crown on a molar. I asked for another estimate using a standard metal crown and no radical hygiene procedures. She said she would get back to me. She never called. Dr Fellars has a great staff. Everyone was very pleasant and comforting. I only had a few cavities filled there but the experience was very positive. Prices for fillings were reasonable compared to other dentists I have been to. If I hadn't move out of the area I would still be seeing him.
